About Data Retention Location per Visibility Scope
The OAuth credentials and private posts of this service are stored in Cloudflare.
Public, Password, and Login-required posts are stored in the PDS.
For Followers-only, Following-only, Mutual-only, and List-only posts, the blurred text is stored in the PDS, and the original text is stored in Cloudflare.
Attribution of Copyright
Copyright for all content posted on this Site by users belongs to the poster themselves. This Site only displays users' posts.
Responsibility
Users bear all legal responsibility for their posts, and in the event of any issues, users shall resolve them at their own expense and responsibility.
Prohibited Actions
If this Site confirms that a user has engaged in prohibited acts, the service may suspend the user's use, such as by disabling login, stopping new posts, or hiding posts.
Infringing on the rights of third parties.
Posting content that violates public order and morals.
Posts intended primarily for interaction between users, rather than for posting blurred text or long-form content to be viewed by third parties.
Other
Part or all of the post is stored in the Bluesky PDS. If you wish to delete a post, please use the delete function on this Site yourself. Since information stored in the Bluesky PDS is public, Skyblur cannot be used for the purpose of absolute concealment.
Even if the visibility scope is set to "Require login to view," login is required on this Site, but it is not guaranteed on other services.
As this service is operated by an individual, the service may be suspended suddenly. Additionally, while we will consider addressing bugs and other issues as much as possible, we do not promise to do so.
The terms of use of each PDS apply to information stored in the PDS, and these Terms of Use apply to information stored in Cloudflare. Additionally, Bluesky's Terms of Service apply to Bluesky's features.
About Followers-only, Following-only, and Mutual-only Visibility Features
The determination of follower, following, and mutual follow statuses uses the API provided by Bluesky. These APIs may not reflect changes immediately. Therefore, immediately after following/unfollowing, the status update may be delayed.
Post content for followers-only, following-only, and mutual-only visibility may be reflected with a delay on this Site and third-party clients that support this feature.
Unblurred text for these posts is stored in Cloudflare, while obscured text is stored in the PDS.
For these features, if a discrepancy occurs between the data on the PDS and the data stored on this Site, this Site will prioritize the data stored on this Site for rendering. For other visibility scopes, the PDS content is considered correct.
If similar features are implemented in the AT Protocol or PDS in the future, the specifications of these features may change significantly, and past data or settings may not be transferable.
About List-only Visibility
For List-only visibility, the URI of the Bluesky list selected by the author is stored in the PDS post record and in the private content storage on Cloudflare.
To check whether a viewer can access the post, this Site communicates with the Bluesky API, constellation, and PDSs related to the author or viewer, then verifies the relevant list item record.
List-only post content may appear with a delay on this Site and third-party clients that support this feature.
List visibility and membership depend on Bluesky-side data. Immediately after adding or removing an account from a list, authorization checks may be delayed.
Prohibition of Moderation Evasion
This service cannot be used for the purpose of evading moderation or usage restrictions on other services.
Additionally, some or all of the data posted through this service is stored on Personal Data Servers (PDS), which are part of decentralized networks such as Bluesky. The Terms of Service for the PDS provided by Bluesky, currently utilized by a large number of users, are identical to the Terms of Service for its official application (bsky.app). Consequently, posting content on this service that is prohibited by bsky.app (e.g., inappropriate content) may be considered a violation of the PDS Terms of Service.
In the unlikely event that your posts lead to allegations of these Terms of Service violations, or cause disadvantages such as account suspension or restriction, the developers and operators of this service shall bear no responsibility whatsoever. Please be fully aware of this in advance and use the service in compliance with the terms of each linked service.
